Really unique and tasty! this jelly is made with Colorado wine from some of our best wineries around the state. We make it right here in Monument, Colorado. This jelly is a perfect compliment to any appetizer table over cream cheese with your favorite crackers or you can get really creative and make a tasty marinade with it, its fantastic over your favorite fish or chicken dish!
Recipe suggestion: 2 tbls. soy sauce
2 tbls. Olive oil
1/2 cup jelly (hot or not, they're all amazing)
Whip up this concoction (use more or less to taste if you desire) pour over chicken or fish, place in the fridge for 30 mins before grilling or baking...yum!!!
